Are there any positive aspects to this housing market

With record numbers of foreclosures, the plight of the lending institutions, and the plummeting US dollar, what should we expect in the future? Are we facing a recession or merely a correction of the market?

There is a term that I have heard many older persons say, those who have weathered many economic climates, that goes like this "we're just going through something".

That term "...just going through something" leaves me with the thought that the current situation is temporary and that we will come out of whatever we are going through. The tone of the adage is one of hope and optimism.

What are your thoughts about todays housing situation and what should we look for in the future?

it is a phase just dont know how long it will last. some say years 2-3 which is a very long time. housing will bottom at about 20% of there height. my prediction will last 2 years and were about 8 months into it. positive outlook is the rich get rich no matter which way the market goes. too much money in too few hands. Corporate greed and conspiracy disguised as inflation forever wins.

please be optimistic and and try to enjoy every moment of your life, and never think negetively as ups and downs in life are minor things. Recession is a challenge to us and we will come out of it soon and it will led to many experiences and positive solutions too. Problem never comes without solution. Hostels in barcelona
