The great Blues-Boogie-Rock band was a noted popular live act during the 1970's. Live music and on stage Foghat was among the best.
Since I first heard them in 1972, they have been my favorite band by far. Saw them numerous times live in concert.
A Foghat concert was unbelievably high octane energy, and nearing the end of the concert fans would be on fumes to keep up the energy of the band. I remember how I felt back in the 1970’s during the last encore with Chateau Laffite ’59 Boogie (the long version like here).
